This article details how to properly connect your HubSpot account to your zoom account so that meetings will automatically be created through your booking page.
Connect your Zoom Account in HubSpot
Step 1: Navigate to Settings
Navigate to your settings in HubSpot and confirm that your account is properly connected to HubSpot. You can get to this screen by going to SETTINGS (in the top right corner) > INTEGRATIONS (on the left side) > CONNECTED APPS. Then adjust the settings.
Step 2: Link your Zoom Account
Once there, go to the User Accounts tab and click on your name then choose your name from the dropdown.
Step 3: Adjust your Meeting Links
Now that you’ve connected your zoom account you need to adjust each of your meeting links. You can do that by going to SALES > MEETINGS and adjust the meeting location to be zoom.
